Return & Refund Policy of Slip Labs

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unused and unopened

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened sleep and wellness products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used sleep and wellness products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or promotional items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
