At Slip Labs, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read the details below to understand how shipping works.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Slip Labs works with international fulfillment partners to keep prices accessible for students.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • European Union: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or high demand periods.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

In some cases, tracking may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Slip Labs is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by your local government. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Slip Labs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at business.slipilabs@gmail.com, we’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us and we’ll investigate the issue.

In rare cases of lost shipments, we will work with our shipping partners to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
